Orders ship after payment clears
Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee
Wire Transfer (International Orders)
Required for international orders over $5,000 USD
A $70 USD bank processing fee applies

Warranties
Pacific Northwest X-Ray does not manufacture most of the products we sell. All warranties are provided by the product manufacturer.
We will assist with warranty claims whenever possible
Warranty policies are determined by the manufacturer
Warranty assistance is not available for products used outside the U.S.
All freight charges related to warranty service are the responsibility of the purchaser
Returns & Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations must be made the same day the order is placed
Rush or same-day shipments cannot be canceled or changed
Authorized returns:
Subject to a 20–50% restocking fee (manufacturer dependent)
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include a return authorization number
Returns are not accepted after 30 days from shipment
Non-returnable items:
Custom or special-order products (e.g., lead markers, custom aprons)
Delivery, Setup & Usage
Large shipments may require a freight dock or forklift
Inside delivery can be arranged if discussed at the time of order
Customers must note any visible shipping damage before accepting delivery
Pacific Northwest X-Ray does not provide installation, setup, or technical services. Some products require professional setup or licensing, which is the responsibility of the purchaser.
By purchasing regulated imaging equipment, you confirm that you meet all legal and licensing requirements in your jurisdiction and agree to indemnify Pacific Northwest X-Ray from liability related to product use.
Refused Shipments
Refused deliveries are subject to return freight and restocking fees
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable
International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees
